Terms and conditions
Article 1: This seasonal rental reservation is reserved for the exclusive use of Chalet Grand Paradis in Megève.
Article 2 - Duration of stay: The tenant reserving this rental concluded for a determined period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 3 - Conclusion of the reservation: The latter becomes effective once the tenant has paid a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount.
The rental concluded between the parties to this reservation can in no case benefit third parties, natural or legal persons without the agreement of the Owner.
Any breach of this paragraph is likely to result in the termination of the rental at the exclusive fault of the tenant. The rental income remains definitively acquired by the owner.
Article 4 - Cancellation of the rental by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified to the owner.
a) Cancellation:
. more than 60 days before arrival 100% refund of the deposit.
. between 60 and 30 days before arrival reimbursement of 50% of the deposit.
. loss of the deposit for any cancellation within 30 days before arrival or for no-show
b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner pays the tenant all the sums that would have been paid to him on the date of the cancellation.
Article 6 - Arrival: The tenant must present himself on the specified day and time mentioned on this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
Article 7 - Inventory: An inventory and inventory is given to the tenant upon arrival at the property. This inventory constitutes the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory and inventory. The tenant has 24 hours to make reservations with the owner or the housekeeper.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bathrobes)
Article 8 - Security deposit or Security deposit: on arrival of the tenant, a security deposit in the amount of 4000 € is requested by the owner at the start of the stay.
This deposit is returned no later than 3 days after the departure of the tenant, less the cost of repairing the premises if damage is observed.
Article 9 - Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises. Parties are not allowed.
Article 10 - Capacity: This reservation is made for a maximum of 14 adults. If the number of occupants is greater, the owner can refuse the additional people.
Article 11 - Animals: This reservation is made without the company of pets. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner can refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.
Article 12 - Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damage occurring
of his doing. It can be insured by any “seasonal rental” insurance contract of its choice.
Article 13 - Timetable: Entry is from 5 p.m. or earlier on the tenant's express request and depending on the owner's possibilities.
Check-out is at 9:30 a.m. at the latest on the tenant's express request and in
depending on the possibilities of the owner.
